Welcome to Morpix Digital. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or our services. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

1. Services

Morpix Digital provides web-related services including but not limited to:

  • Website design

  • Website redesign

  • Website maintenance

  • Responsive and performance optimization

All services are offered based on the agreed project scope discussed before work begins.

2. Project Agreement & Scope

Before starting any project, the scope, timeline, features, and pricing will be agreed upon with the client. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 60% deposit is required before the project begins.

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before final delivery or website launch.

  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Each website project includes up to 2 revisions after the initial delivery.

  • Revisions are limited to reasonable changes within the original scope.

  • Additional revisions or major changes may attract extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensure that all provided content (text, images, logos) is owned or legally authorized for use

  • Respond to communication related to the project promptly

6. Project Delays & Abandonment

If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary materials for more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be:

  • Paused

  • Delayed

  • Or considered abandoned

In such cases:

  • Any deposit paid will be non-refundable

  • Reactivating the project may require additional fees or a new agreement, depending on availability

7. Website Content & Ownership

  • Full ownership of the website is transferred to the client once full payment is received.

  • Morpix Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Maintenance & Support

Website maintenance services are offered separately unless included in the package. Ongoing updates, backups, security, and support require an active maintenance agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or services. Morpix Digital is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Morpix Digital will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruptions

  • Website downtime caused by hosting providers, plugins, or external services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

  • Work completed up to that point will be billed

  • Deposits already paid remain non-refundable

12. Changes to These Terms

Morpix Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
